Asian Vege Noodle Slaw


  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cabbage (which ever colour you choose)
  • 2 cups of cooked vermicelli
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 solid knob of ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1/5 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil


  1. Cook the vermicelli as directed on packet and put aside
  2. Chop up the cabbage, kale. spring onion and grate the carrot
  3. Get a large pan and fry up the garlic and ginger
  4. Add in the vegetables, and wok toss them
  5. Add in the vermicelli
  6. Aside, mix the soy sauce and sesame oil and put into the meal
  7. Toss together for about 5 minutes
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
