- 2 cups grated Beetroot
- 2 cups grated Carrot
- 1/2 Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup Coconut (shredded)
- 1 Lime to sqeeze
- Grate the beetroots and carrots and toss them into a bowl.
- Oil up a pan and pan fry the sunflower seeds until golden.
- Toss the sunflower seeds and coconut in with the beetroot and carrot.
- Squeeze the lime over top and enjoy!
