Coconut Porridge


  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • Tablespoon of Chia seeds
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of Coconut shreds


  1. Mash the banana into the pot that you will use for cooking porridge
  2. Add the oats, coconut milk, water
  3. Bring to the boil
  4. Cook on low, stirring for 5 minutes
  5. Serve and sprinkle coconut and chia seeds!
