Vegan Jaffa Power Balls


  • 3/4 cup of Dates
  • 1/2 cup of Almonds
  • 1/2 cup of Walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons of Cacao Powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • 2 table spoons of Coconut Oil
  • Juice and rind of an orange


  1. Before you being, chop up the dates and let them soak in warm water for approx 5 - 10 mins
  2. Put the Almonds, Walnuts Chia Seeds, Cacao powder and Coconut oil into a blender
  3. Add the dates and Orange rind and juice
  4. Blend all together untill a sticky consistency (if too dry add a dash of water)
  5. Sprinkle with Cacao powder and refridgerate for an hour before serving
  6. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days
  7. Enjoy!
