Raw Power Bar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Oats
  • 12 Dates
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup of Walnuts
  • 1/3 cup of Cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of Tahini
  • A sprinkle of Coconut

Instructions

  1. Soak Dates in hot water for 10 minutes
  2. Throw in the cashews, walnuts, oats and cacao powder into a blender, blend until smooth
  3. Add the dates (squeeze water out of dates first) to the mix
  4. Add the coconut oil, chia and tahini
  5. Mix well and flatten onto a plate
  6. Chop into bars while still moist
  7. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours
  8. Enjoy!
