Mint Chocolate

Mint Chocolate


  • 1/2 cup of Cacao Butter
  • 2/3 cup of Cacao Powder
  • 1/3 cup of Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup of Honey
  • 5 chopped Mint Leaves


  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot
  2. Place a metal bowl over the boiling water pot and melt the Cacao Butter
  3. When melted, stir in the Coconut Oil, Cacao Powder, Honey and Mint
  4. Keep stirring until it begins to get very thick
  5. Pull mixture out of pot, roll into balls (or whichever shape decided) and place in fridge for an hour
  6. Share and enjoy the chocolate and nutrients which come with it!
